From today until 6 April, Winemaker Bruno Le Breton opens his Cellar door for you! Just once a year, immediately before bottling starts, we are able to offer customers our limited allocation of LA JASSE’s new vintage:

It is often said that great vintages come in pairs. Like last year’s marvellous 2009 vintage, rest assured that this new 2010 vintage is at least as good and already has the undoubted potential to evolve perfectly and become even better. We simply couldn’t have wished for a better new La Jasse vintage!

According to Robert Parker Bordeaux 2010 was indeed a superb vintage: “I do not think it would be fair or prudent to say that 2010 exceeds in overall quality what was produced in 2009, 2005 or perhaps even 2000. However, it is unquestionably another great vintage.”

The team at Domaine de la Jasse have yet again, created an irresistible ‘grand vin’ at approximately half the price of similar quality wines! Unfortunately this fabulous cuvée is produced in small quantities and mainly reserved for previous La Jasse buyers. It’s offered only once a year and therefore will not be listed in our annual Wine List.

La Jasse’s passionate winemaker Bruno Le Breton crafted the new ‘2010’ breathtaking cuvée from super healthy CABERNET SAUVIGNON grapes with a small percentage of Merlot, matured in the very finest French Oak Barrels. This fabulous vintage has now reached maturation and is ready for bottling at the end of April 2013.
