Of course our appreciation for mothers or motherly figures in our lives should not be restricted to one day a year. But Mothering Sunday gives us an excuse to show our appreciation to those who invest love, time and work into our families.
Alongside the homemade cards and breakfast in bed there also room for something a little special. Most Mum’s will say that time spent with their precious ones is the best gift. Create those memories people!
If you both have a mutual love for wine then try one of our wine tastings. They are fun and they won’t cost a fortune-why not get the whole family together! (over 18s of course)

"Brilliant ruby. Smoke and spice accented aromas of redcurrant and cherry, with a hint of vanilla in the background. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering lively red fruit flavours that become sweeter with air. Closes on a smokey note, with slow-building tannins and lingering coconut and spicecake nuances." 90 pts. (Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar, Sept 2013).
