A newcomer to our range, the La Combe Saint Roch Rouge is a wonderfully smooth and soft red, representing the more approachable style of wine you can get in the region. The gutsy T’Air d’Oc Syrah has a soft but full expression of the classic grape variety often favoured in the nearby Rhône Valley. The Saint Jacques Domaine D’Albas Rouge from the celebrated Minervois apellation, made by Andrew and Graham Nutter, marries three classic grape varieties from the region – Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre – revealing a beautiful, silky and complex wine.
Domaine Gayda is one of the producers regular customers will have got to know and love. Their superb Gayda Cépage Viogner is a classic interpretation of the grape variety, offering balance, perfume and stone fruit flavours. The Roc des Anges L’Effet Papillon, made from Grenache Blanc is a light, fresh wine with a pleasing spiciness on the finish, indicative of the sophisticated winemaking typical of the producers. The La Cuvée de Carole Chardonnay from Domaine de Ventenac is a wonderful style of unoaked Chardonnay with well balanced, fuller fruits and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
