New to JN, the first vintage of this Gavi was produced in 2010. From a 5-hectare south-west-facing vineyard composed of limestone and marl soils, the vines are 20 years old on average. The Cortese grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. The nose is fruity with peach and floral notes. On the palate, the wine reveals a delicate freshness combined with exotic fruit nuances. Food matches would include salads, antipasti, light meat dishes, poultry and fish.
